Georgia Pozoukidou

Georgia Pozoukidou is an Assistant Professor of City Planning, Faculty of Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She holds an engineering degree in Spatial Planning and Regional Development and a Ph.D. in City Planning from the School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Her scientific interests focus on spatial planning with emphasis on spa­tial models and the use of quantitative methods to understand land­use transport interactions. Most recently she has been exploring the idea of evolutionary resilience and its incorporation into a city’s functions and processes. She has participated in numerous research pro­jects and published more than 70 scientific papers.
