Katherine Brickell
Katherine Brickell is Professor of Human Geography at Royal Holloway, University of London. For over 15 years, her research has centred on advancing the study of home as a politically contested space of intimacy, belonging and identity. Her research focuses on gendered understandings and experiences of home in the UK, Ireland and Cambodia. Research concerning the latter has included leading international projects on major human rights issues, including domestic violence and forced eviction. Twitter: @k_brickell
